Corruption In Government Because They Are In Such Close Proximity

Corruption In Government Because They Are In Such Close Proximity
June 23, 2018 Rule72

Corruption and collusion are abundant throughout the US government. Much of this has to do with everyone being in such close quarters within Washington DC. Imagine how things would change if the central government was spread out through the rest of the country?

Corruption at Every Turn

Capitol Hill is full of signs of corruption. It seems as though everyone has their own agenda. There is very little thought as to how all of that power and money can be used to help American citizens. Instead, there is the focus of how to pad their savings accounts, power their private jets, and get them to their next luxurious resort in the Caribbean.

Rep. Ken Buck has even written a book with chapters explaining why Washington DC is a swamp. There are dues to pay in order to be on a committee. Dues to the National Republican Congressional Committee, for example, are $200,000 while the House Rules Committee is $450,000. These dues are going towards special interest organizations, elaborate fundraising receptions, and more. They’re certainly not going to important things…like public education or the war on drugs.

Plenty of Congressmen who have left DC have identified that corruption is everywhere, too. Many have stepped down and left the city simply to get away from it all.

Collusion on Every Level

Congressman, lobbyists, and high ranking CEOs are guilty of collusion each and every day. Cooperation and conspiracy are happening behind closed doors on a regular basis. Citizens are simply unaware of the illegal agreements and partnerships that are being created. Much of it is for personal gain and has nothing to do with helping the country progress.

Trump and several Congressmen have made it their platform to “drain the swamp.” Part of draining the swamp is getting rid of all of the collusion. There are too many deceptive practices going on and too many handshakes and wings that are leading to lobbyists becoming rich.

Many of the retired Congressmen are all too happy to become lobbyists because they know it pays well.

The Solution: Spread Out

The best solution to overcome all of the corruption and collusion is to spread everyone out. There is a movement going on that involves spreading the swamp out. Various departments in the government would go elsewhere. This means that the US Department of Education could move to Michigan while the US Department of Homeland Security could move to Nebraska.

There are countless reasons for doing so, too. The first is that it would allow those departments to be closer to where it matters. Consider how the Department of Agriculture could benefit by being closer to America’s farmlands. The second is that it prevents all of the Congressmen and lobbyists from being in each other’s backdoors.

If everyone isn’t living in DC, it eliminates all of the fancy fundraiser banquets where there are hushed meetings and secret handshakes. It eliminates the ability to cut private details for personal gain.

Rule 72 Initiative is focused on draining the swamp and spreading the government offices across the United States. It all starts with educating the American masses on what’s going on in Washington DC.

If you want to do your part, join Rule 72 Initiative. Let your voice be heard. Do your homework on the amount of corruption going on in DC and share with your friends. When DC can no longer ignore us, changes will be made.
